Thank you for joining our community journey toward making games together. Learning new skills, meeting new people and getting out of your comfort zone can be overwhelming. Because of this we have created a game development community to support each other in our individual goals.
This really depends on your personal goals and objectives for your career path in game development or the skills you want to learn or improve.
This is quite tricky if you don’t have access to formal education or finance for online courses. Sometimes even motivation is lacking when learning new skills.
Here at GO we believe that game development education is elementary in order to achieve your personal game development goals. Either for building personal projects or seeking a career in game development.
You can find community learning resources in ‣
Explore existing Projects and …join an existing GO project!?
Look for projects that are a good fit to hone your skills, build your portfolio and connections with the community.
Alternatively you can find the same GO_Projects on Discord.
If you have an idea you want to bring to life you can …start a new GO project.
Starting a new project from scratch can be overwhelming without knowing all the steps required to complete it. But you don’t have to fret about it too much because you are not alone. There are many other community members that would like to improve their skills on your project.
Follow the available documentation and if you get stuck ask for help or advice in discord channel.
